Chardonnay - 'SOLD OUT'
Brilliant sharp green colour. Lifted floral nose with a hint of oak. Deceptively long and complex structure in the mouth. Minerally and refined. Great freshness with crisp acid. A strong elegant wine.
Mornington Pinot Noir - 'SOLD OUT'
Rich colour and larger than life nose which is multi-faceted. Complex fruit, juicy berries, oak and length. Seamless on the palate with good length. Drinking well.

Geelong Pinot Noir
Robust and muscley Pinot from 16 year old vines, in deep volcanic soils. Pristine colour. Rich perfumed nose with abundance of fruit layers, with earth and oak. Well rounded wine with delicious after taste.
Merlot
Bright dense colour. Rich and spicy on the nose. Plums, earth and chocolate flavours with soft gently, smooth length and fine tannins.
Shiraz
Deep strong colour enhanced by 5% viognier, the wine is full and elegant in style. The viognier provides the lift on the nose and added richness and seamlessness on the middle palate. Pure shiraz fruit still abounds in a style of wine reflecting European influence. Spicy, savoury, supple. 5 to 10 years plus.
