Considering this wine started life as a truckload of riesling juice being driven from a vineyard in the Clare Valley to a winery in Geelong by young winemaker Nick Farr, it's turned out very well. There's some great aniseed and lime aromas, a chalky, powdery dryness, and a crisp, zesty finish. Yummy.
